What we collect
If you create an account, we store account and authentication details such as your email address and user ID. When you practice, we may store code, chat messages or transcripts, coaching responses, progress, scores, and memories you choose to save.
Payments and connected services
Stripe handles checkout and payment-card data. strongyes.io stores the purchase status, transaction identifiers, contact details, and entitlement information needed to fulfill and support a purchase. If you connect an optional service such as GitHub, Google, or Notion, we store the authorization and selected provider data needed to operate that connection until you disconnect it or delete your account.
Coaching and model providers
Text, code, audio, and relevant practice context may be sent to the configured model provider when you use a coaching or model-backed feature. Do not submit secrets or confidential employer code.
Analytics and diagnostics
We use PostHog, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, Ahrefs Analytics, and Sentry to understand product use, measure performance, and diagnose errors. These services may receive page, event, browser, device, performance, and error information. Staff feedback tooling runs only when it is explicitly enabled.
Cookies and your controls
We use cookies and local storage for authentication, anonymous-session continuity, preferences, analytics, and security. Signed-in users can export or delete their stored profile data from the profile page and can disconnect optional integrations there. Some billing, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained after an account is deleted.
